The Solano project, located along the Quai de l'Horloge in Old Montreal, embodies a remarkable example of our expertise in the field of urban construction. This urban condo complex consists of two distinct blocks including four buildings, highlighting not only the modern architecture but also the harmonious integration into the historic fabric of the neighborhood. Our work included all caulking and flashing, ensuring perfect waterproofing and an impeccable finish. This project demonstrates our ability to meet technical challenges while respecting aesthetics and urban heritage.
