The Îlot Balmoral project, located in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, is an emblematic achievement that stands out for its dynamism and exceptional integration into the urban landscape. This almost cubic structure is characterized by its sleek facade, clad in exterior glass carefully selected for its white frit pattern and translucent panels, giving the building a presence that is both bold and elegant. Our intervention mainly focused on the caulking of the interior glass, thus ensuring the waterproofing and durability of the building envelope. This project demonstrates our expertise in the treatment of glass facades and our ability to carry out high-altitude work with precision, meeting the aesthetic and technical expectations of modern constructions.
